We suggest that you have the piano tuned after it’s been moved. In fact, if we move your piano, we’ll tune it for a better price than a separate service call. Climate can affect the piano’s tuning, so if you’re moving to a new state it’s likely you’ll need a couple of tunings before and after it’s acclimated to the new climate. If you’re moving in-town, the piano won’t need to acclimate to a new climate. However, when in doubt, tune your piano.
